What You Will Do:Our financial management senior consultants help clients optimize all elements of their finance organization. They guide clients in effective overall financial management. Individuals typically have experience with improving companies' transactional and decision support processes, enhancing underlying technologies, and refining organizational designs required to make each individual process more effective and operate in an efficient matter. Other core competencies include strong written and presentation skills as well as change management capabilities.
What You Will Need:- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
- A Bachelor's degree
- THREE (3) years' relevant experience in federal financial management (i.e. internal controls, budgeting, accounting, or auditing, etc.)
What Would Be Nice To Have:- CPA, CGFM, CDFM
- Demonstrates knowledge of federal accounting and auditing standards and guidance in relation to: Federal financial statement auditing, Internal controls, Audit liaison, Financial reporting, Financial business process reengineering, Data analytics, Demonstrates a thorough level of knowledge of finance and accounting processes
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
