    • Labor (PPD, overtime, agency usage, contract labor)
    • Census, admissions, discharges, and payer mix
    • Case mix index and acuity trends
    • Therapy utilization
    • Supplies, pharmacy, and ancillary services
  • Identify financial risks, cost drivers, and opportunities for improvement while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality of care.
  • Support labor modeling and staffing optimization in collaboration with HR and clinical leadership.
  • Prepare financial reports and dashboards for executives and regional/facility leadership.
  • Translate complex financial data into practical insights that operations leaders can act on.
  • Support strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and financial modeling for new facilities or service lines.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support operational decision-making and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Clinical, HR, Payroll, and Revenue Cycle teams to ensure financial planning reflects real operational conditions.
  • Support leadership with scenario planning related to census changes, regulatory shifts, staffing challenges, and reimbursement changes.
Required Qualifications
