Job Description

The Multifamily Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the execution of investment sales transactions across multifamily, mixed-use, and development assets across the Tri-State. This position requires strong financial modeling capabilities, market research acumen, and the ability to communicate complex financial narratives to institutional clients. The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with key team members and clients to deliver high-quality underwriting, marketing materials, and transaction support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead underwriting and valuation for $50M+ investment sales transactions
  • Prepare discounted cash flow analyses, pro forma statements, and rent roll evaluations to determine valuation
  • Assist in the preparation of offering memorandums, pitch decks, and reports for investment sales transactions
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitive positioning, location dynamics, and supply/demand dynamics
  • Interface directly with prospective investors and clients during diligence and site inspections
  • Maintain internal databases tracking investment sales activity and relevant real estate metrics
  • Mentor junior analysts to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
  • Support the collection and evaluation of due diligence materials and coordinate with clients to ensure completeness
  • Preserves client-facing continuity by leading property tours, presenting financial insights to investors, and supporting brokers in real-time conversations-activities that materially shape client confidence and deal conversion.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $ 97,750.00 - $115,000.00
