  • Support the annual operating plan and long-range planning processes
  • Partner with functional leaders to identify cost drivers and assess risks and opportunities
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling as needed

ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril's Corporate Finance team drives disciplined, scalable growth by partnering with functional leaders to strategically manage the company's cost structure. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as the day-to-day financial partner to one or more SG&A function(s), owning their forecasting, reporting, and planning processes. You'll build the financial visibility that functional leaders need to make informed, timely decisions and help establish foundational processes for a team that is scaling quickly.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Own the monthly forecasting and variance analysis cycle for assigned SG&A function(s), delivering clear explanations of performance against plan
  • Support month-end close activities including accruals, reclassifications, and coordination with Accounting
  • Build and maintain reporting that gives functional leaders continuous visibility into their cost structure
  • Develop and embed internal and external KPIs into recurring business reviews for your assigned function(s)
  • Support the annual operating plan and long-range planning processes
  • Partner with functional leaders to identify cost drivers, flag risks and opportunities, and pressure-test assumptions
  • Support ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and executive requests as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role
  • Strong financial modeling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in a corporate environment
  • Ability to translate financial data into clear narratives for non-finance stakeholders
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where processes are still being built
  • Experience with ERP and financial planning tools such as NetSuite, Anaplan, or Foundry
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in a high-growth company
  • Familiarity with SG&A cost structures and allocation concepts
  • Experience supporting month-end close processes alongside Accounting teams
  • Demonstrated ability to build reporting and processes, not just maintain existing ones


US Salary Range

$99,000-$130,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
