About the roleComply is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to own the models, analysis, and reporting that keep a fast-growing SaaS business clear-eyed about where it stands and where it's headed. In this role, you'll sit at the core of the Finance team - supporting the monthly close, driving the 3-statement model, administering variable compensation, and partnering with budget owners across the company to build and maintain an accurate picture of the business. You'll bring a strong FP&A foundation, sharp attention to detail, and the communication skills to translate numbers into decisions.

What you'll do- Perform monthly variance analysis, explaining what drives differences between actuals and budget across revenue, expense, and headcount in clear, decision-ready narratives.
- Build, enhance, and maintain the 3-statement financial model, keeping it current as the business evolves and usable as a live planning and scenario tool.
- Calculate and administer variable compensation plans, including commission and bonus accruals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company performance metrics.
- Support the monthly close process in close collaboration with the Accounting team - reviewing accruals, reconciling data, and helping ensure financial statements are complete and on time.
- Contribute to annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and multi-year planning - building the revenue, expense, and headcount models that support budget owners across the business.
- Respond to internal and external reporting needs on a timely basis, from recurring management packages to ad hoc executive requests.
- Partner with Finance teammates to maintain consistent data rules and definitions across systems, ensuring a reliable single source of truth.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and build reporting efficiencies that free up time for higher-value analysis.
What success looks like in your first 90 days- You've mapped the key systems (NetSuite, Adaptive, Salesforce), and taken primary ownership of the monthly variance analysis process.
- You're independently running the monthly close support cycle, have delivered at least one clean variance report, and have taken on initial variable compensation calculations.
- You've contributed to a forecasting or planning cycle, made at least one measurable improvement to a reporting or modeling process, and are an established, reliable partner to the Finance team.
What you'll bringMust-have- BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of quantitative or highly analytical work experience, ideally in FP&A, private equity, or investment banking.
- Strong Excel modeling skills - you can build detailed 3-statement models and financial forecasts from scratch and maintain them as the business changes.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills - you explain complex financial results clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences.
- Proactive, organized, and self-sufficient - you identify what needs to be done and execute without waiting to be asked.
- Ability to build working relationships at all levels of the organization and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
Nice-to-have- Experience with SaaS and/or subscription billing models.
- Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite) and EPM/planning tools (Adaptive Insights).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
The all-in total compensation for this role is
$93,500 and
$137,500, and is specific to the United States. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range would be
$85,000 - $125,000 plus applicable bonus/benefit offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within the Company. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and experience.
