This role in summaryServes as the primary financial lead for the KitchenAid Small Appliances business across Latin America. This role carries full P&L accountability, operational Free Cash Flow (FCF) ownership, and commercial strategy execution. By steering pricing and mix, trade investment efficiency, and cost management across multi-country entities, this position acts as the core strategic co-pilot to regional leadership to drive sustainable, profitable expansion.
Your responsibilities will include- P&L Management & Partnership: Drives full financial ownership across Latin American markets from Gross Sales to EBIT. Manages regional costs (F&W, SG&A, OCOS), partners with regional leadership on financial modeling (NPI, channel profitability, promotions), and leads financial planning and forecasting cycles.
- FCF & Balance Sheet Optimization: Holds accountability for regional Free Cash Flow forecasting, actual results, and variance analysis. Collaborates to optimize Net Working Capital (DSO, DIO, DPO), manages CapEx budgets, and oversees operating cash flows and currency exposure.
- Sales Administration & Execution: Leads order-to-cash workflows, commercial contracts, and processing efficiency while ensuring trade spend compliance.
- Governance & Risk Management: Directs financial closure processes across legal entities, maintains internal controls and compliance (SOX, statutory, trade regulations), and mitigates macroeconomic risks such as FX volatility, inflation, and tax/import dynamics.
Minimum requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years managing teams in a multinational consumer goods company. Proven track record of regional coverage across Latin America.
- Languages: Fully fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish. Professional competency in Portuguese is highly valued.
- Key Skills: Deep commercial acumen, full P&L/FCF ownership, proficiency in ERP/BI systems (SAP, BI...), lean process optimization, and executive communication.
