Full Job Description
We're seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support capital planning, forecasting, treasury management, budgeting, and financial analysis activities that help inform business decisions. In this role, you will prepare and maintain financial analyses, forecasts, reports, and support documentation while partnering with Finance team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with established processes. You will also contribute to process improvements and support ad hoc financial projects as assigned.

You will be hybrid out of our Boston, MA office and report to the Manager, Finance.

What you'll do:
  • Support recurring tax equity financing activities by preparing funding documentation, organizing cost segregation materials, and coordinating inputs from Accounting, Capital Markets, Legal, investors, and consultants.
  • Assist with monthly funding forecasts and capital requests by reviewing data for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established financing requirements.
  • Coordinate with business units to gather information needed to support construction financing activities and project readiness.
  • Track upcoming acquisition payments in partnership with the Channel team and help summarize related cash management impacts.
  • Prepare weekly cash flow reforecasting and capital management materials through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Aggregate financial model outputs and business data to support reporting, variance analysis, and decision-making by Finance leadership and business partners.
  • Support process improvements by maintaining standard reports, dashboards, trackers, and templates.
  • Assist Finance Analysts and team members by answering questions, sharing process knowledge, and escalating complex issues to management as appropriate.
  • Complete ad hoc financial projects and analyses as assigned by management.

What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, finance or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting, FP&A, solar project finance, or capital markets.
  • Experience with NetSuite/Salesforce is preferred.
  • Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, to efficiently analyze and report financial data. Accounting and financial knowledge to assess impacts and recommend practical solutions.
  • Uses data and analytical thinking to identify trends, evaluate alternatives, and support informed decision-making.

Compensation

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Nexamp ranges from $80,000 - $91,000. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual bonus programs based on individual and company performance, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans). Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in the Company's stock option plan. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but is not limited to, skills and qualifications, internal equity, performance, and geographic location.
