Full Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A supports the company's enterprise-wide financial planning process including monthly actuals, budget, forecast, and Long-Range Forecast. This role partners closely with segment finance teams to consolidate results, analyze variances and margin trends, and prepare accurate, well-supported reporting for senior finance leadership and executive management. 

                                                                             

What You'll Do:

  • Support the preparation and maintenance of the consolidated Income Statement, Cash Flow, and related schedules across Actual, Budget, Forecast, and Long Range Forecast (LRF) scenarios.
  • Partner with segment FP&A teams across the Multiplatform Group, Digital Audio Group, and Audio & Media Services to consolidate monthly and quarterly results and prepare Budget-vs-Forecast-vs-Actual variance analysis.
  • Build and maintain detailed revenue and expense models, including revenue trends, seasonal patterns, and other key business drivers.
  • Analyze consolidated and segment-level Adjusted EBITDA margins; investigate and clearly explain movement in cost of sales and operating expense trends.
  • Support preparation of materials for lenders, rating agencies, and the Board of Directors, including debt schedules and leverage ratio analysis.
  • Perform detail-level audits of financial models to confirm formula integrity and consistency before models are used for internal or external reporting.
  • Assist with the annual budget and periodic reforecast cycles, including templates, timelines, and consolidation across business units.
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses, board decks, and presentations for senior finance and executive leadership.
  • Identify and help implement opportunities to streamline and automate recurring reporting processes.

                                                                             

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or public accounting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, financial modeling, pivot tables) and strong PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and core corporate finance principles.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Master's degree in relevant field or CPA designation.
  • Experience with Workday ERP and/or SQL or Power BI is preferred.
  • Experience in media, advertising, broadcasting, or another advertising-revenue-driven industry is preferred.

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
