Senior Field Service Representative (FSR) will support, train, maintain and repair EOS manufactured Remote Weapons Stations (RWS) in EOS facilities and deployed in the field by our Armed Service customers. The FSR will maintain, repair as necessary, make engineering changes and upgrades, and train operators as required. The successful incumbent will be an expert in the operation and firing of the weapon.. This technician will regularly act as the face of EOS to potential and actual customers and the Soldiers, Marines and SOF Operators that will employ the systems. This is an on-site position.
Responsibilities:- Lead resolution of advance for escalated RWS system issues (including multi-system integration problems)
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and technical oversight to FSR team
- Conduct system level testing, acceptance inspections, and field modifications
- Serve as primary technical interface with customers, engineering, and program management
- Identify recurring issues and recommend product improvements or service bulletins
- Lead CUAS simulation-based exercises, live scenarios, & threats
- Serve as mentor and lead to other FSRs
- Strategic planning and ability to align field operations and company/program goals
Education/Experience:- BA/BS degree in engineering field or at least 6 years in a related technical field
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience maintaining, operating, firing, and training on RWS systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems using diagnostic tools and technical documentation.
- Demonstrated leadership in field service operations, mentor and train FSRs in technical procedures and customer engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:- Expert-level RWS system knowledge across all subsystems and configurations
- Advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and project leadership
- Excellent mentoring, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to represent the company at high-level customer or industry events
- CUAS experience (Part 107 certified, drone pilot experience, drafting scenarios/flight cards)
License/Clearance Required:- Standard Driver's License
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
- Valid (unexpired) Passport
