PositionThe Senior Facilities Manager role is a full time, exempt position that reports to the Manager, Regional Property Manager. The individual in this role oversees the daily management and maintenance of company owned and leased properties by directing facilities operations, space planning, renovations, vendor services, and preventative maintenance, while supporting real estate development initiatives and ensuring facilities are maintained to established standards.
This position is based in Sandy, Utah and requires working onsite in the office five days per week. This role requires after-hours availability to address facility-related emergencies and critical business needs.
Responsibilities- Exhibit dependability and initiative to improve building and work processes.
- Demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, safety, services, including janitorial and grounds.
- Review and maintain property operational programs, including a preventative maintenance program.
- Perform regular inspections, testing, and maintain building systems.
- Provide oversite and project management for construction projects.
- Respond to time-sensitive requests as needed.
- Manage vendor communications, contracts, proposals, and performance.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead and build positive relationships with team members, tenants, vendors, and executive management.
- Work with teams to coordinate space planning and implement changes as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, reports and other pertinent documentation.
- Assist with real estate development.
- Responsible for the operation, safety, and efficiency of all WCF facilities.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, respond to emergencies, and effectively communicate with team, executives, tenants, and vendors.
- Provide timely reporting regarding facilities operations, projects, outstanding issues, and other operational items.
- Confirm and manage expectations to ensure quality and timely completion of work with team members, vendors, and contractors.
- Provide responsive and accurate communication and effective resolutions.
- Conduct regular inspections of facility and equipment.
- Identify hazards and maintain required inspections to ensure safety of facilities.
- Consistently provide excellent planning that will minimize business disruption during repairs, testing, and construction related projects.
- Assist with developing long-term life cycle capital planning.
Qualifications - Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, FLS, BMS, building envelope, elevator, and other building related systems.
- Minimum of five years of experience in commercial facilities management, seven - ten years preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and capital project-management skills.
- Experience managing contractors and vendor performance.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Understanding of building and construction codes, OSHA requirements, and other regulatory requirements.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer and facility management platforms.
- CFM designation preferred.

The expected salary range for this position is 80,000.00-99,900.00. This salary range depends on experience, education, and location for this specific position.
