Work you'll do As a Project - Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Operations Transformation team, you will:
- Serve as the principal executive support professional and senior action officer.
- Provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to leadership in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Ensures executive priorities, communications, scheduling, information flow, and decision-support processes are aligned with command objectives and executed with precision.
- Act as an extension of the leadership office, proactively managing executive office operations, coordinating staff actions, tracking key deliverables, preparing decision materials, and enabling timely execution of leadership requirements.
- Manage complex calendars and engagements; coordinating correspondence, tasking, and suspense tracking; facilitating communication between leadership, headquarters staff, subordinate commands, and external stakeholders; and ensuring follow-through on action items and priorities.
- Support meeting preparation, briefing coordination, document quality control, and executive-level workflow management.
- Leverage modern productivity tools, including artificial intelligence, automation, and prompt engineering, to improve efficiency, streamline administrative processes, accelerate information retrieval, and enhance decision support.

Qualifications Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years of relevant experience
- Active Secret security clearance
- 5+ years of experience with Client Coordination & Prioritization, Records Management, Event Management and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on site 5 days a week in San Diego, CA
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-tempo command environment.
- Experience handling sensitive information, balancing multiple priorities, and maintaining continuity across shifting demands and deadlines.

This compensation range is specific to San Diego and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $88,800 to $148,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
