As a Senior Estimator with McShane Construction
, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a thorough understanding of everything required to successfully bid and win commercial and industrial projects. You'll have hands-on involvement in preconstruction services and direct collaboration with industry professionals while being part of a company that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Responsibilities:- Analyze bid specifications and drawings to prepare detailed project estimates for time, cost, materials, and labor.
- Collaborate with project management and marketing teams on proposals, bid analysis, constructability reviews, and preliminary project schedules.
- Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings to define project scope and requirements.
- Assist with purchase orders and subcontracts for awarded projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- An eye for detail, organizational prowess, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with vendors and teammates.
- Ability to use or learn estimating software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Full-time, in-office position.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. required.
