Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP development, with 3+ years specifically in Epicor.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server, SSRS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Epicor modules including Manufacturing, Purchasing, Inventory, and Quality.
• Familiarity with Epicor tools such as BAQ, BPM, and Data Directives.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Epicor ERP applications using various programming and development tools.
• Design and implement complex and custom Business Activity Queries (BAQs), Business Process Management (BPM) workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Integrate Epicor ERP with both third-party applications and internal systems for seamless functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues to ensure minimal operational downtime.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform system upgrades and patches while ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Document technical specifications and processes, providing user training when necessary.
• Optimize ERP performance and ensure data integrity across various modules.
