Senior Environmental Project Manager to lead environmental investigation, remediation, and regulatory compliance projects throughout West Texas. This role is ideal for an environmental professional with a strong background in remediation, project management, client development, and Texas regulatory programs who wants to make an impact while helping grow one of the region's leading environmental consulting firms.
What You'll Do- Lead environmental investigation, remediation, and corrective action projects from proposal through regulatory closure.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, profitability, subcontractors, and client deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key industrial, commercial, and energy-sector clients.
- Prepare and review technical reports, work plans, cost estimates, and regulatory submittals.
- Oversee soil, groundwater, vapor intrusion, UST, and remediation projects.
- Prepare and review TCEQ TRRP deliverables including APARs, RAPs, RACRs, and related technical documents.
- Coordinate remediation and site closure projects with the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC).
- Mentor Project Managers, Scientists, Geologists, Engineers, and Field Staff.
- Support business development through client relationships, proposal preparation, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards, budgets, and safety expectations.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all field and office operations.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of environmental consulting experience.
- Minimum 3 years managing environmental remediation projects.
- Strong knowledge of:
- TCEQ TRRP
- RRC remediation programs
- PST corrective action
- Soil and groundwater investigations
- Risk-based closure strategies
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong client communication and leadership skills.
- Business development experience preferred.
- Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Current OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER preferred.
Compensation & BenefitsSalary:$90,000 to $115,000 annually, depending on experience.

Requirements- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Midland/Odessa area.
- Ability to travel throughout West Texas as project needs require.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
