Senior Environmental Planner / Energy Project Manager

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Environmental Planner/Energy Project Manager to join our growing Energy Practice in California. We are seeking an experienced environmental consulting professional with expertise in CEQA compliance, land use entitlement, and environmental permitting, combined with strong project management, client relationship, and leadership skills. Beyond delivering exceptional client service and technical excellence, you will help foster a collaborative culture focused on professional growth, innovation, mentorship, and continuous improvement, while contributing to the growth and success of Rincon's Energy Practice.

How We Collaborate
