Full Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Environmental Professional to join our Environmental team leading and managing a portfolio of due diligence projects. This position will be based in Oregon with options to be located in Portland, Bend, Eugene or Ashland. This role will oversee due diligence assessments for complex transportation projects, municipalities, and industrial clients. Your Role on the Team: • Serve as technical lead for due diligence projects, overseeing scope development, risk prioritization, and alignment with client goals and timelines. • Serve as the Environmental Professional of record for Phase I ESAs for projects ranging from a single property to over 100 properties along a project corridor. Author or review and sign Phase I ESA reports in compliance with ASTM E1527-21. Ensure technical accuracy, defensibility, and consistency with firm standards. • Serve as technical lead for hazardous materials corridor studies for road, bridge, public transit, and municipal projects. • Prepare and oversee hazardous materials technical reports for NEPA EAs, EISs and similar documents. • Provide senior-level quality control review of deliverables, with a focus on regulatory compliance, data interpretation, and clear risk communication. • Coordinate with site investigation team to perform Phase II ESAs or similar sampling programs. Salary Range $110,000-$140,000 USD Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role.
