Job Summary
Langan is seeking a Senior Environmental Data Analyst to join its Data Management & Analytics (DMA) team in our Parsippany NJ office. This role is ideal for an experienced environmental data professional with deep knowledge of EQuIS, familiarity with electronic data deliverables (EDDs), federal and state (NYSDEC specific) requirements and New York Brownfield and remediation projects. This person should be ready to dive deep into complex datasets, mentor junior staff, and serve as a technical resource for clients and project teams.
Job Responsibilities
Lead environmental data management for Brownfield and remediation projects;
Advanced use of EarthSoft EQuIS including Enterprise and reporting;
Manage and review NYSDEC EDDs and regulatory submissions;
Act as the primary technical resource for NYSDEC data requirements, including EDDs, laboratory deliverables, and regulatory reporting;
Collaborate and coordinate with environmental teams, present at meetings and educate office about data management;
Oversee QA/QC and mentor junior analysts; and,
Support proposals and client-facing technical discussions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in relevant technical discipline;
5+ years of environmental data management experience;
