Basic Qualifications Requires a Bachelor’s or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years job-related experience). Requires an additional 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of job-related experience.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

As an Engineering lead for Program Protection, you'll coordinate a cross functional team responsible for ensuring the technical security initiatives across the Strategic Weapons Control portfolio.

Workplace Options:This position is fully on-site with the option to flex moving forward. We are not offering a relocation package at this time. While on-site, you will be a part of the Pittsfield, MA Systems Engineering team.
