Minimum of 3 years experience as a Senior Engineering Recruiter
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural settings
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with high technical knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM preferred

Build and maintain long-term candidate relationships through social media and professional networks
Craft and send targeted recruiting emails
Execute comprehensive sourcing searches using various methods including cold calling and Boolean searches
Screen candidates for availability, interest, and qualifications

Full Job Description
On-site 4 days a week, 1 day remote each week our of Plano, TX
Responsibilities:
Proactively builds solid and long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs, by interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Dice, and Greenhouse)
Crafting and sending recruiting emails.
Execute sourcing searches (cold calling, networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals etc.), managing candidate experience through the sourcing process.
Screen candidates to determine availability, interest level, business unit needs, and qualifications
Establish and maintain accurate and well documented pipelines of searches, recruiting activity, contact data, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
To qualify for the Senior Engineering Recruiter min. 3 yrs experience
Very good interpersonal and communication skills to use in a multicultural context
Autonomous and rigorous person with high technical knowledge
