Your Role Will Include:- Leading the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinating multi-discipline teams and directing the design of key infrastructure components like pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment plants.
- Building positive relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development efforts.
What You'll Need to Thrive:- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Biosystems, Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering field.
- 10+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, with a PE license, and a background in consulting.
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with CADD, project scheduling, and proposal development is a plus.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds.
