Job Summary

The Senior Engineer is responsible for applying advanced engineering principles to planning, operations, and engineering design activities. This role combines strong theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical experience to support construction, system analysis, modeling, and economic evaluation of engineering solutions. The position plays a key role in ensuring technical quality, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply engineering theory and analytical methods to planning, operations, and engineering design activities
  • Perform modeling, calculations, and economic analysis to evaluate engineering alternatives and support business cases
  • Support construction and field implementation efforts, ensuring engineering standards are met
  • Develop, review, and maintain accurate engineering documentation and technical records
  • Review and approve engineering work completed by others to ensure compliance with standards, specifications, and contractual requirements
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate across departments to support business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders and project teams

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related engineering discipline (Masters degree preferred)
