Summary of Role:

The Senior Employee Experience Business Partner serves as a strategic HR partner to Broadview business leaders, helping deliver an exceptional employee experience that supports outstanding member service. This role provides hands-on HR consultation across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on frontline employee support, retention, and engagement.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leaders in assigned areas.
  • Align HR strategies with business priorities such as member satisfaction, growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide coaching to managers on leadership effectiveness and team performance.
  • Drive initiatives to improve engagement, particularly in high-volume, member-facing roles.
  • Support onboarding, career development, and retention strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, attendance, and workplace issues.
  • Handle routine ER cases and partner with ER Manager on complex issues.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies across locations.
  • Facilitate performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development discussions.
  • Support staffing strategies for branches and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Support organizational changes such as new branch openings, restructures, and digital banking initiatives.
  • Assist leaders to communicate and implement change effectively.
  • Analyze workforce data (turnover, engagement, staffing levels) to identify trends and recommend actions.
  • Focus on improving retention and performance in member-facing roles.
  • Ensure HR practices align with employment laws and Broadview policies.


Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of HR experience, with strong HRBP focus.
  • Experience supporting frontline or multi-location operations preferred.
  • Solid understanding of employee relations and employment laws.

Compensation: $77,376-$96,720, plus a competitive benefits package
