Senior Electrical Engineer (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of complex building electrical systems across all project phases
Manage and mentor design teams, providing technical oversight and quality assurance
Design and coordinate systems including utility interconnections, medium-voltage distribution, standby and prime power generation, UPS systems, photovoltaic power systems, lighting, fire alarm, grounding, and lightning protection
Perform and oversee power system studies including short circuit, load flow, power quality, harmonic analysis, and arc flash analysis using SKM Systems Analysis and/or EasyPower
Develop electrical master plans and support long-term infrastructure strategies
Support cogeneration, prime-rated power, and renewable energy system integration, including PPA coordination
Collaborate with architects, owners, utilities, and contractors to resolve technical challenges
Provide utility rebate support and contribute to sustainable design strategies, including LEED, LBC, PHIUS, and WELL certifications
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project coordination efforts
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required

Compensation & Benefits:
The expected base salary range for this role is $110,000-$150,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
