Senior Electrical Engineer

Senior Electrical Engineer We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a growing engineering team in the New York City area. In this role, you will design electrical systems for a variety of building projects and work with clients, architects, and project teams from design through construction. Responsibilities include designing power distribution and lighting systems, preparing calculations and construction documents, selecting equipment, coordinating with other disciplines, reviewing submittals, and supporting projects during construction. You will also help guide junior team members. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, 8 or more years of building design experience, and a PE license (or is close to obtaining one). Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD and a working knowledge of applicable codes are required. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects are important.
