Senior Electrical Engineer - Level 4
What We're Looking For
A strong technical lead who is flexible to contribute where the need arises.
Design. We'll occasionally make something new. Expect to design schematics and perform PCBA layout.
Engineering Production Support. Our production line needs Engineering eyes. You'll troubleshoot some electronics, learn about calibrating MWD sensors, and help improve our processes.
Failure Analysis. The only way to make something better is to understand why it failed. In-depth failure analyses, root causes, and corrective actions. Aggressive customer service means that there will be times when you fly to customer locations and troubleshoot on-site.
Growth. Expect to learn and grow. Expect to mentor.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience (ideally in industrial electronics)
- Experience in schematic design and PCBA layout
- Advanced troubleshooting of electronics and systems
- Ability to solve challenging problems and make assertive recommendations
- Understand how to balance quality and expedience
Duties
- R&D electronics design
- Troubleshooting electronics, calibrations, and processes in a manufacturing environment
- In-depth Failure Analysis with occasional travel
