Qualifications
Proven experience in designing, configuring, and managing complex BGP, VxLAN and Layer 2/3 Data Center architectures.

Experience with redundancy protocols such as MCLAG (Multi-Chassis Link Aggregation Group) or LACP.
Experience with Spine-Leaf data center fabrics, architecture design, and implementation.
Ability and willingness to become skilled at troubleshooting, designing, and monitoring RDMA over Converged Ethernet (RoCEv2) supporting ultra high-speed data transfers.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (domestic and international) as required.

Linux-Based NOS (Network Operating System) experience preferred.
