Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain network and sensor hardware across diverse environments.
Engineer and implement hardware solutions, layouts, and system upgrades.
Deploy and manage robust network security measures to ensure protection and compliance.
Diagnose and resolve network and sensor hardware issues efficiently.
Climb ladders to install, inspect, and troubleshoot sensor devices when necessary.
Monitor network health, analyze traffic patterns, and enhance system visibility using metrics and alerting tools.
Create and maintain comprehensive network documentation, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
Required:
An active NSA TS/SCI Polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution. An additional four (4) years of network engineering experience may substitute for the degree.
Twelve (12) years of experience supporting programs/contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
IAT Level III baseline certification (per DoD 8570.01-M) is required.
At least 3 years of recent Network Engineering experience.
Strong understanding of network architecture and design principles.
Hands-on experience administering network switches.
Proficiency in patching and upgrading network devices and applications.
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for network applications.
Experience with hardware installation and cabling.
Proficiency working in Linux environments; Linux system administration experience is a plus.
Desired:
Familiarity with Cross Domain Solutions (CDS).
Experience administering and troubleshooting applications.
Background validating network throughput and performance.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$120,800 - $265,800
