- Support network-related integration with Zscaler, Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Entra ID, logging, monitoring, and other security services
- Provide technical leadership through architecture decisions, mentoring, peer review, standards, and calm coordination during complex implementations and incidents
- Coordinate internal teams, PETRONAS Group stakeholders, vendors, MSPs, consultants, and carriers, and contribute to roadmaps, business cases, budgets, and investment recommendations

- Experience leading complex technical changes through design, risk assessment, approval, implementation, testing, rollback readiness, and operational handover
- Strong technical documentation skills, including architecture diagrams, standards, operating procedures, change records, and recovery information
- Strong communication and leadership skills, including mentoring, influencing without formal authority, coordinating cross-functional teams and service providers, and explaining technical risks and options.
- Availability and willingness to work outside normal business hours when required for break/fix support, incident response, scheduled changes, and maintenance
