As a Senior .NET Developer, you will contribute to application enhancements and project-based development, collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders, and support technical solutions throughout the development lifecycle. Success in this role requires hands-on development expertise, strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to navigate technical standards and constraints while adapting to changing priorities.
What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities - Develop and enhance applications, including public-facing tools and enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to interpret requirements, clarify business processes, and design technical solutions.
- Translate business needs into system architecture, technical specifications, and development tasks.
- Support project-based development and work requests through coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Participate in discovery sessions, requirements elicitation, and process modeling to align business objectives with system functionality.
- Provide technical guidance on feasibility, constraints, applicable standards, and policies.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to promote transparency and shared understanding.
- Support operational activities and collaborate with other technical team members.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications - Minimum 4-7 years of experience in .NET, MS SQL Server, and Angular.
- Strong experience developing enterprise applications and delivering maintainable, scalable code.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and working software.
- Excellent communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and strong stakeholder-relationship skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technical environments and understand system dependencies.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Bachelor's degree.
