Senior Director, Talent & Team Member Experience

Job Description

Build the Team. Shape the Talent Strategy. Make Things Happen.

We're looking for a Senior Director, Talent & Team Member Experience who brings energy, influence, and a strong bias for action.

This is not a role for someone who wants to simply manage established HR processes. We're looking for a leader who sees what is possible, builds relationships quickly, brings people along, and has the drive and autonomy to turn ideas into results.

You'll lead an integrated talent organization spanning Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Team Member Relations, while helping shape how we identify, attract, develop, engage, and retain talent across Cabinetworks Group.

You'll have the opportunity to build strategy-but you'll also be expected to roll up your sleeves and make it happen.

Salary Range: $180,000 to $210,000 annually plus bonus.

Who Will Thrive Here

You may be a great fit if you are someone who:

• Gets energy from people. You build relationships naturally, connect across levels and functions, and know how to influence without relying on authority.
• Likes to own things. You're comfortable with autonomy, make decisions, move work forward, and don't need someone giving you a playbook for every situation.
• Has a strong internal motor. You create momentum, push through obstacles, and enjoy seeing ideas turn into measurable results.
• Can persuade and influence. You're comfortable challenging thinking, selling an idea, facilitating senior-level conversations, and getting people aligned around a path forward.
• Develops people. You enjoy coaching leaders and team members, creating opportunities for others, setting clear expectations, and helping good people become even better.
• Can move fast without losing the details. You know that execution matters. You follow through, stay organized, use data, and make sure the work is done well-not just started enthusiastically.
• Thinks bigger than the HR process. You connect talent decisions to business performance, leadership capability, organizational needs, and the future of the company.

What You'll Own

You will lead our enterprise Talent Management strategy and bring greater integration across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Team Member Relations.

That includes leading and strengthening our:

Talent & Succession Strategy - Own enterprise talent reviews, 9-box, succession planning, critical-role planning, bench strength, readiness, development actions, internal mobility, and talent analytics.

Talent Acquisition - Lead our salaried Talent Acquisition function and strengthen recruiting strategy, talent pipelines, workforce planning, candidate experience, recruiting effectiveness, and support for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

Team Member Relations - Lead HR support for our corporate and support functions, helping our team become increasingly proactive in leader coaching, performance, organizational effectiveness, investigations, and complex team member matters.

People Leadership - Lead and develop a team of HR leaders and professionals. Set clear expectations, build capability, create accountability, recognize strengths, and develop the next generation of HR talent.

Enterprise Partnership - Work directly with senior leaders and HR leadership to identify talent risks, anticipate future capability needs, challenge thinking, and turn talent insights into business action.

What Success Looks Like

You won't be measured by how many HR activities you complete. Success will show up in the strength of our organization.

We'll know you're making an impact when we have stronger succession benches, better visibility to our talent, healthier pipelines for critical roles, more movement and development of high-potential talent, stronger recruiting outcomes, proactive Team Member Relations support, and leaders who are increasingly capable of developing and leading their teams.

Just as importantly, you will have built a high-performing HR team that is trusted, connected, accountable, and known for getting things done.

What You Bring

We're looking for an experienced HR and talent leader with:

• 10+ years of progressive HR and talent leadership experience
• Strong experience in Talent Management, including talent reviews, succession planning, 9-box, critical-role planning, readiness, and development
• Experience leading leaders and professional teams
• The confidence and executive presence to advise, influence, coach, and challenge senior leaders
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into practical talent strategies
• Experience using talent data and analytics to drive decisions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
• Experience in a large, multi-site, or manufacturing organization preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree and/or SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred

The Kind of Leader We're Looking For

You're engaging but accountable. Strategic but action-oriented. Independent but highly collaborative.

You're comfortable walking into a room of senior leaders, building credibility quickly, asking the questions others may not ask, and influencing a decision.

You can just as easily sit down with your team, coach someone through a challenge, dig into the details of a talent plan, or jump in to help move an important initiative across the finish line.

You don't wait for perfect conditions.

You build relationships, create clarity, generate momentum, develop people, and deliver.

If that sounds like the kind of environment where you do your best work, we'd like to meet you.
