The Job at a Glance

The Senior Director, SAP Solutions will manage the execution of key enterprise-wide SAP solutions to ensure effective development and implementation of SAP enterprise systems in support of global business strategies. You will ennsure that top to bottom system considerations are in support of business strategies and compliant with relevant regulatory agencies. You will also deliver agreed upon solutions on time, within scope, and consistent with agreed upon resource utilization.

A Typical Day
  • Assist in the development of the strategic long range SAP Implementation Plan. This role has an enterprise-wide, global charter.
  • Create and ensure compliance with, the policies, practices and procedures to build the infrastructure landscape, promotion to production methodology, and overall governance of the enterprise system on a worldwide basis.
  • Establish and manage teams configuring and developing solutions in the SAP system (architecture & standards, data management, solution set development, integration, system development, system change management, and 2nd level support) and interacts extensively with business users across divisions.
  • Establish and maintain policies and procedures to ensure that all SAP projects leverage a standard template, follow a consistent methodology and are delivered on time and budget.
  • Ensure that relevant SAP modules offer consistency in content and "look and feel" across the enterprise.
  • Deliver SAP implementations in alignment with the IT Strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with outside firms used in SAP projects, and serve as Parts town liaison with these firms.


To Land This Opportunity

  • You have a minimum of 15 years of progressive IT managerial experience in a decentralized environment.
  • You have experience in leading and organizing project teams and working across organizational boundaries.
  • You demonstrate experience with SAP implementations.- multiple modules, specifically Order to Cash, S/4 experience required, RISE experience preferred
  • You're passionate about translating organizational strategic and tactical business plans into IT strategic and operations plans.
  • You have strong business and financial acumen
  • You possess an "executive presence" with the ability to influence and advise executive leadership.

The salary range for this role is $168,785.27 to $250,350.14 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
