Job Description:
Senior Director, Partnerships
The Senior Director, Partnerships is a senior commercial leadership role at CREO, Omnicom Media Group's influencer agency. This person drives enterprise new business and owns a portfolio of key client relationships, operating in close
partnership with senior agency leadership to grow CREO's footprint across both
prospective and existing accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Business Development & Revenue Growth:
Support enterprise-level business development initiatives targeting Fortune 500 and Global 1000 companies
Work with senior leadership to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that position CREO as the premier influencer marketing partner within integrated Omnicom campaigns
Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities where influencer marketing can drive transformational business outcomes for clients

Integrated Omnicom Partnership + Account Management:
Assist in development and management of complex pitch processes and RFP responses that showcase the full power of integrated Omnicom solutions
Assist in creating scalable frameworks for cross-holding company collaboration, ensuring seamless handoffs and integrated campaign execution
Support pitch teams across multiple Omnicom entities, ensuring unified messaging, aligned pricing, and cohesive value propositions
Assist in leading communication for OMG, OMC, and CREO clients, including proposal development, commercial agreements, and client communication from initial briefing to completion
Communicate influencer marketing within the digital/paid media ecosystem and aid in the operationalization of service offerings and subsequent value positioning tied to the media environment
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for mid-level client contacts

Partner & Relationship Ecosystem Development:
Cultivate and expand relationships with platform partners (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), representing the collective influence and scale of Omnicom's influencer capabilities
Develop strategic alliances with complementary service providers, technology partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance service offerings
Build and maintain a robust network of agency, brand, and creator stakeholders, leveraging these relationships to drive new business and innovation

Market Leadership & Strategic Innovation:
Maintain deep expertise in the evolving influencer and creator marketing landscape, identifying trends that create competitive advantages for clients and CREO
Lead thought leadership initiatives positioning CREO as an industry innovator in influencer marketing, creator economics, and integrated channel strategies
Champion best practices across the organization, ensuring service offerings remain at the forefront of industry standards for measurement, compliance, and effectiveness
Collaborate with internal innovation teams to develop proprietary tools, methodologies, and frameworks that differentiate CREO in the marketplace

Team Leadership & Organizational Excellence:
Help to build and maintain a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
Foster cross-functional collaboration with Creator Activation, Account Management, Strategy, Measurement, and Commerce teams to ensure integrated excellence
Develop client-facing talent within the organization, identifying and cultivating future leaders
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:
In-depth understanding and mastery of influencer marketing and an ability to match brand narratives with creator-led storytelling
Strong agency account management background and comfort in leading internal and external conversations
Thorough understanding of the influencer ecosystem including paid and organic roles and responsibilities across platforms including but not limited to creative development, talent perspectives, best practices, and measurement
Strong communicator and presenter, able to present and articulate persuasive and cohesive presentations and points of view
Highly analytical with ability to evaluate campaign performance for optimization and contextualization of results in client reporting
Creative-minded with ability to translate social trends and influencer archetypes to client business objectives
Understanding of budget maintenance, client billing and payment workflows, and contract and business negotiations
Critical thinking and problem solving tied to implementation of new processes and process improvements
Strong business acumen and the ability to make highly impactful decisions in a timely manner
Strong people mentorship/leadership with comfort providing feedback and developing employees
Deep expertise in influencer marketing, digital media, and creator ecosystems, with demonstrated ability to translate this into compelling client value propositions
High degree of ownership, initiative, and follow-through; ability to drive complex initiatives to completion with minimal supervision

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
8-10+ years of experience in influencer marketing with deep knowledge of creator economy, platform mechanics, and influencer campaign execution
Demonstrated experience managing relationships across multiple stakeholders in holding company or agency network environments
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Established network within influencer marketing
Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns
Experience leading high-performing teams
Track record of building and scaling new and existing clients

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
