Full Job Description
The role reports directly to the Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain for PI and serves as a key contributor in developing manufacturing strategies. This leader also participates in platform and core teams to help achieve business and operational objectives.  Responsibilities  Key responsibilities include:  Site Strategy: Provide leadership and strategic direction to support business and operational goals with a zero-loss mindset.  Safety: Establish and maintain a culture focused on employee safety and continuous improvement.  People Development: Foster an environment that promotes employee empowerment, development, and engagement. Implement workforce development plans aligned with site strategy.  Leadership Management: Lead and mentor the plant leadership team. Ensure clear development goals, provide support, and manage organizational changes when required.  Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations and company policies.  Facility Management: Oversee maintenance of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.  EHS Compliance: Promote environmental, health, and safety compliance aligned with legal standards and best practices.  Financial Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure accurate accounting and reporting.  Plant Representation: Represent the Sandy plant in legal, regulatory, and community engagements. Maintain a positive organizational image.  Supply Chain Coordination:  Partner with global supply chain teams to meet production capacity and ensure timely execution of projects.  Quality Management:  Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Support audits and ensure timely completion of corrective actions (CAPA).  Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as required to support business needs.  Supervision  This position is responsible for supervising a leadership team consisting of up to 10 associates.
