The Role
The Senior Director of Operations & Transformation is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and enterprise-wide transformation efforts across the organization. This leader will partner with executive stakeholders to improve business performance, optimize processes, and implement scalable solutions that support growth, efficiency, and customer experience.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the role will lead cross-functional projects that enhance organizational effectiveness and drive measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
• Lead high-impact transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
• Partner with leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation, Manufacturing, Technology, and other functions to drive performance improvements.
• Establish and track KPIs, leveraging data and analytics to support decision-making and business outcomes.
• Develop and implement standardized processes, governance, and best practices.
• Lead complex cross-functional projects from strategy through execution.
• Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on operational strategy, performance, risks, and opportunities.
What You'll Bring
• 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, transformation, continuous improvement, consulting, or a related field.
• Proven success leading large-scale operational and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong people leadership skills with experience building, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
• Strong project management, change management, and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Experience driving process improvement and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Salary
$170,000-$200,000
