About the Opportunity:
We are partnering with a well-funded, high-growth organization that is expanding its team and seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to build and lead the company's people function. Reporting to senior leadership, this individual will serve as a strategic business partner while remaining hands-on in developing processes, policies, and programs that support a growing workforce. Salary Range: $180,000 - $225,000 base salary

Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead the Human Resources function, creating scalable people strategies that support organizational growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align talent initiatives with business objectives and long-term planning.
  • Develop and enhance programs focused on employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and professional growth.
  • Design compensation frameworks and support organizational planning as the company expands.
  • Oversee HR operations, including employee lifecycle programs, payroll administration, policy development, compliance, and best practices.
  • Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Establish HR policies, processes, and systems that create consistency while supporting a positive employee experience.
  • Lead and develop the HR team as the function continues to grow.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive Human Resources leadership experience within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building HR programs, processes, and infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Background supporting organizations with technical, engineering, life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, or other innovation-driven workforces preferred.
  • Demonstrated success partnering directly with executive leadership on strategic people initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of employment practices, compensation, organizational development, and talent management.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to work primarily onsite and travel occasionally as business needs require.
