What You'll Do

We're seeking a strategic, forward-thinking Sr. Director of FP&A to lead enterprise-wide planning and performance insights. This is a high-visibility role that partners closely with our CFO and executive leadership team to influence key decisions that drive growth, profitability, and shareholder value.

You won't just report the numbers, you'll shape the story behind them.

Responsibilities

How You'll Contribute
  • Lead the company-wide financial planning process - annual budget, long-range plan, and monthly forecasts - across all revenue and cost centers.
  • Own restaurant-level sales forecasting and labor modeling, leveraging macroeconomic trends, industry data, historical performance, seasonality, and promotional strategies.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear insights that drive operational performance and executive decision-making.
  • Provide deep variance analysis, uncover root causes, and recommend actions that improve margins and efficiency.
  • Oversee consolidated P&L reporting, segment-level financials, and KPI dashboards that support board presentations, earnings calls, and investor communications.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure financial alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Monitor industry and consumer trends, benchmark performance against competitors, and identify risks and opportunities before they surface.
  • Build and develop a high-performing FP&A team, creating scalable processes and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.


Qualifications

Salary Range

USD $185,000.00 - USD $215,000.00 /Yr plus bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

This salary range reflects the anticipated compensation for this role. Final salary within the range will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and other job-related qualifications.
