Primary Responsibilities:- Partner in strategic planning for design and transformation of the accounting and finance function to world-class real-time financials across finance and accounting by 2029
- Drive Optum process re-engineering to ensure best in class AI solutions and world class processes resulting in incremental IOI
- Lead a team of six sigma belts to perform the process re-engineering efforts
- Lead and/or participate in large scale projects as required to address new product process design for finance and accounting and special projects addressing large scale problems

Required Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in the accounting and finance re-engineering and/or advisory services in the accounting and finance space
- Must possess one of the following:
o Six Sigma Black Belt
o Master Black Belt
o Big 4 Senior Manager experience in the AI re-engineering space - 2+ years of AI re-engineering experience
- Expert level knowledge in what is possible and technologies of AI
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or equivalent experience
- Advanced level of communication skills and ability to understand details of current state, document gaps and make suggestions for improvement in executive presentations
Preferred Qualifications:- Certified Public Accountant
- Health care Experience

The salary for this role will range from $159,300 to $273,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
