Full Job Description
A Senior Director of Digital Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Marketing is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving our competitive edge through human capital. You will design, execute, and scale integrated marketing and recruitment strategies that attract high-quality drivers, ensuring a seamless synergy between brand-led attraction and operational recruiting excellence.

This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, product strategy, and operations. The primary initial focus will be drivers. You will treat drivers as a distinct and highly valued customer segment, understanding their motivations, pain points, and lifecycle stages to optimize both acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Driver Acquisition Strategy
  • Develop and execute multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns (paid digital, social media, and referral programs) that feed directly into high-touch recruiting pipelines, ensuring a robust flow of qualified driver candidates.
  • Analyze and optimize the end-to-end recruitment funnel, from initial digital engagement to final hire, identifying and removing friction points in both marketing touchpoints and recruiting operations.
  • Continuously refine and communicate our driver value proposition, ensuring it resonates with different driver personas.
Driver Engagement & Retention
  • Partner with the Operations teams to design, market, and manage driver loyalty programs, tier rewards, and seasonal incentive structures.
  • Design marketing strategies around career opportunities, including growing our leader count and specialty load needs (example: hazmat endorsements).
  • Cultivate a strong sense of community and pride among drivers through storytelling, appreciation campaigns, and feedback loops.
  • Develop a system to track driver award nominations throughout the industry, identify drivers who meet award criteria and create submissions accordingly.
Data, Insights & Strategy
  • Establish data-driven feedback loops between marketing performance and recruiter productivity to uncover deep insights into candidate quality and conversion trends.
  • Own comprehensive KPIs including cost per hire, time-to-fill, marketing ROI, and long-term retention rates across all talent segments.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 10+ years of professional experience, with a required blend of at least 5 years in digital marketing leadership and 5 years managing high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition operations.
  • Proven experience in the logistics, on-demand delivery, or a high-volume marketplace business is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) alongside marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, CRM) to drive recruitment efficiency.
  • Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to connect authentically with a diverse, non-corporate workforce.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
We know benefits are critical and we are committed to offering comprehensive and affordable options for you and your loved ones. This position is eligible for benefits, which include medical, dental and vision plans. We also offer a 401(k) plan, stock purchase plan, paid time off, life insurance, disability plans and other optional supplemental coverage.
