The Senior Director of Field Performance serves as a key leader responsible for drivingsalesexecution, revenue growth,operational excellence, performance improvement, and leadership effectiveness across the field organization. This role providesoperational and day-to-day managementfor the company'sField Performance and ImprovementProgram, ensuring underperforming centers achieve sustainable improvements in operational, financial, and patient experience metrics.
In partnership withleadershipandother cross functional teams, theSr Dir, Field Performanceexecutesand drives adoption ofperformance acceleration strategies,identifiessystemic opportunities for improvement, and drives accountability throughout the field organization. This leader also plays a critical role in the training, development, and ongoing effectiveness of Regional Business Directors (RBDs), strengthening leadershipcapability,and ensuring consistency in performance management practices across the network.
The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, operational leadership experience, coachingexpertise, and a proven ability to influence outcomes in a multi-site healthcare or service environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
FieldPerformanceandImprovement programs
Directly overseea team offieldperformanceleaders.
Provideday to dayleadership andmanagement of network performance improvement programs, including centerselection, performance monitoring, intervention planning, and graduation criteria.
Support thedevelopmentandexecutionofinitiatives designed to improve performance across keysales,operational, financial, and patient experience metrics.
Partner with Regional Business Directors, Center leaders, and cross-functional teams to implement targeted improvement strategies.
Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements tomethodology, performance targets, and accountability structures.
Analyze performance data and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas requiring additional support.
Build and executetailored action plans to accelerate business performance.
Maintainperformance benchmarks,monitoringmechanisms, and success metrics.
Ensure sustainable performance gains through effective coaching, follow-up, and accountability processes.
Regional Business Director Development
Partner with Field Leadership to onboard, train, andcoachRegional Business Directors, regularly assessing developmental gaps and implementing targeted coaching plans as needed.
Supportdevelopment programs focused on operational excellence, business acumen, performance management, and coaching effectivenessto enhance leadership skillset and consistency across all regions.
Support the developmentoftools, resources, and best practices to improve leadership consistency across regions.
MentorRegional Business Directors and emerging field leaders.
Partner with and provide coaching toRBDs in performance management.
Performance Strategy andInitiative Support
Support the implementation and day-to-day executionof new performance strategies.
Create processesandemploy effective change management tacticsthat drive initiative adoption and execution.
Monitor performance,identifybarriers,and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
Leverage data analytics and performance metrics toproviderecommendationsto support strategic decision making.
Role scope will evolvebased onbusiness needs.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management, ora closelyrelated field(e.g., OrganizationalLeadership,Health Sciences).
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations, field leadership, business performance, or operational excellence roles.
5+ years of experience leading performance improvement initiatives across multiple locations or regions.
Demonstrated success driving operational and financial results through coaching and leadership development.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and executive influence skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 50-75%, as needed).
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related discipline).
Experience in healthcare, dental, medical services, or other multi-unit service organizations.
Experience developing leadership training programs and succession planning initiatives.
Knowledge of performance management systems, operational metrics, and business analytics.
