This role exists to serve as a trusted executive advisor who helps business leaders shape strategy, evaluate markets, optimize commercial models, and build supplier partnerships that accelerate organizational priorities across Corporate Services, helping translate business priorities into sourcing, supplier, and commercial strategies that accelerate enterprise transformation.

• Experience managing complex enterprise negotiations

Strategic Business Partnership
  • Serve as the principal commercial advisor supporting executive leadership across Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Revenue Cycle, Marketing, Compliance, Corporate Administration, and Shared Services.
  • Partner with Chiefs and Administrative Officers and senior business leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable sourcing, supplier, and commercial strategies.
  • Participate in strategic planning discussions to identify opportunities for supplier innovation, automation, outsourcing, and AI-enabled operating models.


Market Surveillance & Industry Intelligence

  • Continuously monitor consulting, business process outsourcing, corporate software, financial services, legal, HR, and marketing markets.
  • Provide executive benchmarking, supplier intelligence, and commercial recommendations to support strategic decision making.


Enterprise Commercial Strategy

  • Develop sourcing strategies supporting consulting, professional services, business process outsourcing, corporate software, banking, insurance, and strategic partnerships.
  • Evaluate insourcing, outsourcing, co-sourcing, managed services, shared services, and automation models.
  • Lead complex negotiations balancing financial performance, supplier accountability, flexibility, and business outcomes.


Supplier Governance

  • Build strategic supplier ecosystems that foster innovation and operational excellence.
  • Develop executive governance frameworks emphasizing performance, innovation, financial stewardship, and continuous improvement.


Organizational Transformation

  • Partner with executive leadership to design future-state operating models leveraging supplier partnerships, automation, AI, and business process redesign.
  • Reduce organizational complexity through supplier rationalization, enterprise standardization, and disciplined category strategies.


Executive Expectations

  • Shape business strategy before sourcing events begin.
  • Bring external market intelligence and benchmarking into executive decision making.
