What you will do: - Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team - Inspire, mentor, and grow a team of Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
- Set Strategic Direction - Define and execute the long-term vision for the Design & Construction function, including scalable processes, resource planning, and operational excellence.
- Drive Project Execution - Oversee the full lifecycle of capital and renovation projects across the portfolio-from planning and design through construction and delivery-ensuring alignment with quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
- Enhance the Resident Experience - Deliver thoughtful, well-designed spaces that improve the quality, functionality, and aesthetic of our communities.
- Budgeting & Financial Oversight - Develop and manage project budgets and schedules while maintaining a sharp focus on cost efficiency and return on investment.
- Operational Excellence - Build and refine systems, standards, and processes that ensure consistent, high-quality delivery and reinforce a culture of discipline and reliability.

- Reliable communicate with all stakeholders throughout projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, multi-project portfolios
- Analytical ability to collect and use information to solve complex problems.
- Technical experience leading large teams, internal and external, and earning their trust and respect for your competence.
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and ROI-driven project decisions
- Deep understanding (15 years+) of design and construction from an Owner Representative and Construction Manager position. A proven track record of delivering projects, and results, is required. Prior leadership experience required. Experience building a team as a plus.
- Fanatical discipline and relentless desire to do what needs to be done.
- A love for doing what others won't and solving very difficult problems.
- Experience in multifamily residential environments, particularly in NYC, is highly preferred.
- A desire to grow and take on ever increasing responsibility.

Base Salary: $230,000 - $250,000 Annually
