Full Job Description
As we scale digital, we're adding a key player at the center of the team: someone who wears many hats, pivots between projects without losing momentum, and thrives juggling competing priorities. You'll work hands-on with the team, our agency partners, and the broader marketing organization. AI is a force multiplier here, but this role calls for a high-agency, roll-up-your-sleeves operator who brings their own judgment and drive.
What You'll Do
Plan and execute paid media programs including search, LinkedIn, and programmatic/display within budgets and priorities set by the VP of Digital, partnering with agencies on execution and performance
Build and own the reporting infrastructure for digital and content performance, running standing forums (e.g., a quarterly content performance review) end-to-end and assembling the analysis for higher-level updates the VP will build out and present
Partner with the VP of Digital to manage the marketing funnel, from paid and organic acquisition through CRM nurture, identifying friction points and conversion opportunities at each stage
Partner closely with the web/CRO team (fellow members of the digital org) to surface performance insights that inform their testing roadmap, without owning the tests themselves
Support ABM and customer marketing initiatives in partnership with the teams that own those motions
Act as a strategic thought partner to the VP of Digital and Head of Web Strategy in shaping overall digital and web strategy
Field ad hoc and recurring performance questions from across the marketing org, translating raw data into clear, actionable insight
What You'll Bring
5-8 years of in-house B2B marketing experience, ideally at a mid-stage startup (Series B/C or later) that has moved beyond early-stage experimentation into disciplined, scalable growth
Hands-on expertise in paid search (Google Ads) and LinkedIn advertising; familiarity with programmatic or other paid channels is a strong plus
Strong command of marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred, but experience with any major CRM is welcome)
Solid understanding of the full marketing funnel, from acquisition through nurture to sales handoff
A "T-shaped" skill set; deep in paid media, but conversant enough across web/CRO, content performance, and CRM/lifecycle to move fluidly between them and collaborate effectively with specialists in each
Experience managing day-to-day agency execution, with the judgment to flag issues and opportunities up rather than make budget calls independently
Comfort managing multi-region campaigns run centrally in English, without needing localization experience
A track record of turning data into a clear narrative for non-technical stakeholders and executives
Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy, picking up and running with projects that a leader has already framed
