Position OverviewJoin a design-focused collaborative shaping consumer environments for ambitious brands. This Senior Designer serves as a senior design resource, owning complex retail projects from concept through Construction Administration while guiding teammates and partnering directly with clients and consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and communicate compelling design ideas quickly, translating creative thinking into thoughtful, buildable solutions with project teams, clients, and consultants.
- Lead the full design process from conceptual design through Construction Administration as the senior design resource.
- Mentor and guide design team members through thoughtful feedback and creative partnership.
- Initiate innovative design concepts and maintain design intent across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and bring curiosity and sound judgment to design conversations.
- Build trust with clients through strong organization and clear communication.
- Navigate brand standards and work directly with brand-focused clients.
- Deliver high-quality, thoughtful solutions on fast-paced projects and deadlines.
- Bring current knowledge of retail design trends, including digital technology integration, emerging markets and retail formats, and experiential design.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
- 8-10 years of recent retail-based project experience
- Proficiency with Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to lead design work on complex retail projects and carry design intent through construction.
- Strong communication, organization, client collaboration, and deadline-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications- NCIDQ certification or architecture license.
- Experience with Enscape or a similar visualization platform.
Experience with Miro.

- $95,000-$120,000 base, contingent on relevant experience, plus variable bonus and benefits.
- Office-based 3+ days per week under the firm's flexible work policy.
