Position Summary...

What you'll do...
We're seeking a Data Scientist to build personalized, high-impact digital experiences for millions of users. You'll develop scalable, high-performance Engineering applications that drive engagement and customer value.

What you'll do:
  • Developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning techniques, particularly in personalization and recommendation systems for conversational agents.
  • Researching and building advanced algorithms utilizing deep learning, reinforcement learning, Generative AI, and computer vision techniques.
  • Collaborating with tech leads on top-down or bottom-up initiatives and priorities
  • Develop data models and iteratively improve them based on new data insights
  • Design, architect data models. Iterate, challenge, and accelerate best practices in Personalization and Item Recommendations


What you'll bring:
  • Master's degree/PHD in Data science, Computer Science, or related fields with practical experience
  • Expertise in Machine Learning, Statistics, Generative AI, Personalization, and Item Recommendation algorithms
  • Experience in data science and building and evaluating large scale machine learning & deep learning models
  • Experience in deploying highly scalable Recommenders Systems, bonus domain - conversational agents
  • Curiosity in state-of-the-art techniques in recommendation related areas
