About The RoleFora is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to help us scale our marketing and growth initiatives. As our GTM organization grows, we're looking for someone to refine how we measure incrementality and run experiments to help us scale acquisition, engage users, and drive growth across the entire customer lifecycle.

- Partner with customer acquisition, lifecycle, and membership teams to test new channels and shape growth strategy
- Own attribution and media mix modeling to guide where the next marketing dollar gets invested
- Model customer value, propensity, and retention to sharpen customer targeting and personalization
- Raise the bar across the data team - mentor peers, establish best practices, and shape the team's processes, tools, and standards
Requirements- 5+ years in growth data science, marketing science, or consumer analytics. Experience at consumer or marketplace companies preferred.

- Experience building machine learning models and putting them into production.
- Advanced SQL skills are essential. Proficiency in Python or another scripting language preferred.
- Hands-on experience with a modern cloud data stack (e.g. Airbyte, BigQuery, dbt, Hex, Omni, or equivalents) and data modeling best practices.
- Experience using LLM tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI Codex) to accelerate analysis and prototyping.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Deeply curious with a drive to learn.
