As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll be at the center of solving complex business challenges through advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI. On any given day, you might be collaborating with business leaders to understand a strategic problem, building and tuning predictive or NLP models, designing data pipelines to support scalable solutions, or translating analytical findings into clear recommendations for clients and stakeholders. You'll work with large, complex datasets, connect data from multiple sources, and develop production-ready models that drive measurable business outcomes. Whether you're exploring new approaches to optimization, automating processes, or identifying insights that improve operational performance, you'll play a key role in turning data into action.
Beyond the technical work, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and leader across the organization. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams-including engineering, business stakeholders, and clients-to shape data strategy, prioritize opportunities, and ensure solutions align with business goals. You'll present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, influence decision-making through data-driven storytelling, and help elevate the team's capabilities by mentoring junior data scientists and promoting best practices. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on analytics with strategic leadership and wants to make a visible impact through innovative, scalable data science solutions.
