- Develop models and algorithms that are part of our core technology
- Perform large-scale data analysis, find interesting patterns and translate them into product improvements
- Experiment with different machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques and develop new product initiatives
- Collaborate with engineers to implement and deploy scalable solutions
- Provide thought leadership and influence the direction of the business by effectively communicating results and actionable insights to cross-functional groups
Qualifications- MS/PhD in computer science, statistics, or operations research or related technical discipline
- Deep knowledge of machine learning, statistics, optimization or related field
- Proficient in SQL, R, Python or Java
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attitude to thrive in a fun, fast-paced start-up environment
