The Senior Data Manager supports all aspects of configuration control, data management, and deficiency reporting.
The Senior Data Manager supports implementation of government and industry policies for requirements management, document management, change management, production and delivery, and configuration management of the performance, functional, and physical baselines. Acquires, validates, stores, protects, and processes required data to ensure the accessibility, reliability, and timeliness of the data for its users. Develops and executes architectures, policies, practices and procedures that properly manage the full data lifecycle needs of an enterprise. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
This is a remote position, and you will report to the Associate Director, Innovation Portfolio Strategy.

Required Qualifications
- You will have a Bachelor's degree
- You will have 3+ years of hands on Python experience for data processing, transformation, automation, validation, or related data workflows.
- You will have 3+ years of SSIS experience
- You will have 3+ years of SQL, SSIS, Python, Databricks experience
- You will have 3+ years of experience working with relational databases and large, complex datasets.
- You will have strong technical documentation skills, including ability to document data flows, business rules, dependencies, processes, and production support procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- You will have a Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering and/or related field
- You will have a Healthcare or managed care experience
- You will have experience with data extraction and analysis technologies such as SAS, SPSS, QlickView, Hadoop, SQL or similar tools

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$97,900 - $133,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
