Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or Construction Management required, or equivalent experience considered.
• 7 years of experience in a construction field environment essential.
• Expert knowledge of OSHA regulations and related safety standards is required.
• Proficient in computer skills including Windows-based platforms.
• Experience as a Site Safety representative on heavy industrial projects preferred.
• Valid driver's license necessary for travel between locations.
• Completion of OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour Outreach Construction Course is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate and project Safety & Health initiatives for a safe workplace.
• Lead compliance with corporate and project safety policies in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Manage Safety & Health at multiple project sites to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist field construction projects by providing Safety & Health personnel leadership.
• Identify and resolve unique project-specific Safety & Health issues in collaboration with Site Safety staff.
• Conduct assessments and monitor adherence to Safety & Health requirements for continuous improvement.
• Lead investigations into near misses and incidents, implementing corrective measures.
