A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview) Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial and economic reports, ensuring the accuracy of monthly closings and forecasts, and maintaining compliance with accounting and internal control policies. The professional will also drive process-improvement initiatives and support the digitalization of financial processes to increase efficiency, standardization, and data quality.
How You'll Make an Impact (responsibilities) - Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements, leading monthly closings, forecasts, and planning cycles.

What You Bring (requirements) - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in Controlling or Finance functions.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, tax, controlling, forecasting, planning, reporting, financial instruments, Office and BI Tools, and KPIs.
